Web Design Projects
These web design projects explore the redesign of the UI/UX for existing websites, improving the navigation and layout accordingly.
SITEMAP
The green and blue items are the main pages that were reworked to condense the content and facilitate navigation.
WIREFRAME
The proposed layout distributed the content for a better user experience.
MARACUMANGO BRAND WEBSITE
The state of the website during this project had a redundancy of pages with the same items showing or excessive space due to a lack of items. The redesign aimed to make the navigation easier for the user and incorporate the brand’s color palette.
MOODBOARD
The client’s Vietnamese background was the inspiration for the redesign. The presence of a typeface and other elements that represent Vietnamese architectural details or tilework was the main focus while keeping the layout minimal and clean.
LinDa Saphan Website
Working with a client, this website is used as a blog, portfolio, archive, and communal art space for other artists. Due to the large amount of content, the main goal was to separate the personal work from the archive and the communal art space.
WIREFRAME
Adding a Homepage with clear separation for different sections of the website and a better distribution for the other pages.
FIRST ITERATIONS
Starting with the Homepage, three different approaches to the moodboard and the wireframe layout together. While having two similar ones with slight changes to style and colors used, the third one explores the possibility of added elements and a different response tot he wireframe.
FINAL ITERATION
For the final design, some elements were changed to have rounded corners and feel less harsh, as well as interactive elements to maintain the presence of texts to a minimum and focus on the artwork.
To differentiate the main artwork from the art space, the images got a different treatment that gave them a tilework aesthetic and uniqueness.
