My name is Evelyn L Santa Maria Lazo. The L stands for Let me tell you my story first.

I’m a solution-oriented designer, who, besides doing interior and exhibition design, likes to dwell in graphic design and branding. I believe in designing projects that can become experiences while serving their purpose efficiently.

My mom decided I was to be born a Gemini. I started college in 2012 after finishing high school the year prior, graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor's in Architecture, and soon started working as an intern for a construction company. In the past few years, I’ve been seeking to expand my scope and invest in education on subjects that interest me.

Born in Peru and lived there during my formative years, except that semester in 2016 when I studied abroad in Rome, Italy.

Currently based in New York.

My main goal is to generate curiosity in people, to see the realization in their faces when the design clicks for them and opens up a world of possibilities for them. I often find myself in that position, where just a tiny detail makes me stop and think about it. That’s the type of feeling I want to replicate and transmit to others with my designs and projects.
